This map shows a detailed picture of the land in the towns of Shelburne and Conway. Many hills are named, with elevations above sea level shown by a number printed in black. Lines printed in brown show spot elevations and give an idea of the shapes of hills and ridges. Each line shows an increase in height of 10 feet, and the spacing of the lines shows the amount of slope. Those areas where brown lines appear close together show steep slopes or cliffs.
