These Chinese Export Porcelain dishes (2 teacups with saucers, 2 coffee cups, cream pitcher, sugar bowl, and 2 cookie plates) were used for serving tea and coffee. Several of the pieces were broken and have been fixed, which speaks of their importance to the owners. Porcelain dishes from China were expensive in the 19th century.
