Men, guns and supplies flowed into eastern Massachusetts in the days and weeks following the battles of Lexington and Concord. It is said that this bullet mold was heated around the clock for 2 full weeks before the Battle of Bunker Hill on June 16, 1775. This soapstone mold made up to 8 lead balls at one time.
