label levels:

There is currently no available "Beginner" label. The following is the default level label: A step in the process of preparing wool for spinning is "carding." A fleece would first be cleaned and then "carded," or brushed, to remove tangles with "cards" such as the ones pictured here. The wool would then be rolled off of a card and this roll would be ready for spinning into yarn.
